How quickly will you confirm my booking?+
We aim to confirm all booking requests within a few hours during business hours (9am–6pm, 7 days a week). If you submit after 6pm, we'll confirm first thing the following morning. For urgent same-day or next-day requests, call us directly at +1 365-341-1551.
What happens after I submit the booking form?+
Once you submit, our team reviews your request and reaches out by phone or email to confirm your date, time, location, and any details about your vehicle. We'll give you a final price confirmation and answer any questions before the appointment.
Do I need to be present during the service?+
Not necessarily. Many clients leave their car with us at their home or office and go about their day. You just need to ensure we have access to the vehicle and a suitable area to work. We'll contact you when the job is complete for a final walkthrough — in person if you're available, or via photos if you're not.
Can I book for the same day or next day?+
Subject to availability, same-day and next-day bookings are possible. For the best chance at short-notice slots, call us directly rather than using the form — we can check the schedule in real time and get you booked right away.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?+
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Call or email us as early as possible and we'll move your appointment to a new date without issue. We're always understanding — just let us know.
When do I pay?+
Payment is collected on completion of the service — after you've inspected the work and are completely satisfied. We accept cash, e-transfer, and all major credit and debit cards.
