Are there any hidden fees not shown in the pricing?+
No hidden fees at all. The prices listed are the prices you pay for standard-size passenger vehicles. The only exception is that larger vehicles — vans, full-size trucks, large SUVs — may carry a small upcharge due to the additional time and product required. We always confirm pricing before starting any job.
How do I know which package is right for my car?+
As a general guide: if your car is regularly maintained, Basic or Exterior Shine is plenty. If it's been a few months since a proper clean, Standard Interior or Full Paint Treatment is the right choice. If your car hasn't been properly detailed in a year or more, or has pet hair, heavy staining, or visible swirl marks, go for the Premium or Complete packages. When in doubt, give us a call and we'll point you in the right direction.
Do you charge more for SUVs or larger vehicles?+
Yes, for significantly larger vehicles — full-size SUVs, trucks, vans, and minivans — we typically add a small upcharge to account for the extra time and materials required. We'll always confirm the final price with you when you book, so there are no surprises on the day.
Can I add extra services to any package?+
Yes. Any of our add-ons listed above can be combined with any package. Simply select the add-ons you'd like when filling out the booking form, or let us know over the phone and we'll include them in your appointment and confirm the updated total.
How long does each service take?+
Approximate durations: Basic Interior — 1 to 1.5 hrs. Standard Interior — 2 to 3 hrs. Premium Interior — 3 to 4 hrs. Exterior Shine — 1.5 to 2 hrs. Full Paint Treatment — 3 to 4 hrs. Complete Detail — 4 to 6 hrs. Premium Complete — 5 to 7 hrs. These vary by vehicle size and condition. We'll give you a realistic time estimate when you book.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept cash, e-transfer, and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected on completion of the service after you've had a chance to inspect the work and are completely satisfied.
Is there a cancellation fee?+
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a small fee to cover the technician's reserved time. We're always reasonable — just give us a call as early as you can.
